Right Turn Overseas Education (“RTO”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides overseas-education counselling, university-selection assistance, application support, education-loan guidance and visa-related assistance.

When you contact us, complete a Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead form, use our website or communicate with our team, we may collect:

• Phone or WhatsApp number
• Email address
• Date of birth
• City and state
• Education details
• Graduation year
• Academic percentage or CGPA
• English-language test status
• Preferred intake, course and study destination
• Study budget and education-loan requirements
• Counselling and application status
• Campaign, ad, ad-set and lead-form information supplied by Meta

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, an education loan or a visa.

4. Meta Lead Ads and API Integration

RTO uses Meta Instant Forms and Meta’s Lead Ads integration to receive enquiries submitted voluntarily through Facebook or Instagram.

Our authorised system may retrieve the information submitted through a Meta lead form and transfer it to RTO’s private customer relationship management system or Google Sheets–based CRM. This allows our authorised staff to contact the student, assign the enquiry, maintain follow-up records and provide the requested counselling.

RTO does not use this integration to collect Facebook passwords, friend lists or unrelated profile information.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share relevant information only when necessary with:

• Authorised RTO employees, counsellors and telecallers
• Universities and educational institutions selected by the student
• Application-processing and admissions partners
• Education-loan providers, when requested by the student
• Visa or documentation service providers, when authorised
• Technology and cloud-service providers used to operate our CRM
• Government or regulatory authorities when legally required

We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. Access is limited to authorised personnel who require the information for legitimate business purposes.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required to manage the enquiry, provide services, meet legal requirements and maintain necessary business records. Information that is no longer required may be securely deleted or anonymised.

10. Student Responsibilities

Students must provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents. Students are responsible for reviewing university requirements, fees, deadlines, financial commitments and visa conditions before proceeding.

RTO may stop providing services where false, altered, misleading or incomplete information is supplied.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website or services may involve universities, lenders, Meta platforms, Google services and other third-party providers. Their services are governed by their respective policies and terms.

RTO is not responsible for decisions, delays, outages or actions controlled exclusively by those third parties.

12. Intellectual Property

The RTO name, logo, website content, written materials and original creative assets may not be copied, republished or commercially used without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RTO will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions made by universities, lenders, government authorities, embassies, technology providers or other independent third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. How to Request Deletion

If you submitted your information through an RTO Facebook or Instagram lead form, our website or another RTO enquiry channel, you may request deletion of your personal information.
